VACCINE DAMAGED CHILDREN

That this House calls upon Her Majesty's Government to come to a conclusion on the vaccine damage payment scheme; asks that serious consideration be given to the establishment of a fund by the various ministries involved and vaccine manufacturers; and believes that it is totally unacceptable for any further delays in finding a solution to these injustices.
