ROBERT HAMILL

Early day motion 813, tabled 7 June 2000 by Jeremy Corbyn (Labour). Signed by 13 members.

That this House is alarmed that the Belfast Coroner has decided not to authorise an inquest into the death of Robert Hamill in Portadown because he is concerned for the safety of witnesses; and therefore calls upon the Secretary of State to hold a judicial inquiry into this tragedy as a matter of urgency.

Signatures by party: Labour 12, Social Democratic and Labour Party 1.
