FEES FOR BILL PAYMENT AT POST OFFICES

Early day motion 754, tabled 18 May 2000 by Steve Webb (Liberal Democrat). Signed by 57 members.

That this House notes that certain water companies make a charge to customers who wish to pay their bills at the post office; believes that this practice further undermines the sub-post office network; and therefore calls on all water companies to ensure that customers who wish to pay their bills at the post office are not charged for doing so.
