PURCHASE OF EXPRESS NEWSPAPERS

That this House expresses its grave concerns and regrets that national newspapers with the Express Group should have fallen under the ownership of a publisher of pornography, Mr Richard Desmond; and calls on the Secretary of State at the Department of Trade and Industry to institute an inquiry in the public interest.
