That this House condemns the action taken by the American-owned LSG Skychefs in sacking 273 employees, who were members of the T & G, for going on a one-day, lawful strike; notes that the management has failed to agree to negotiations with representatives of the workers and trade union officials to end the dispute; further condemns the company for employing temporary staff to replace the sacked workers; and supports the workers' demand that their jobs be reinstated so that talks between the management and the workers' representatives can resume.
