NATIONAL ASSEMBLY FOR WALES BUILDING
Early day motion 671, tabled 20 May 1999 by Nigel Evans (Conservative). Signed by 11 members.
That this House calls on the Welsh Assembly to abandon plans to replace the newly refurbished Crickhowell House with a new home for the National Assembly for Wales; notes the cost of between ú17 million and ú20 million for the new building; and believes that the money would be better spent on services for the people of Wales rather than a new building for the politicians of Wales.
Signatures by party: Conservative 10, UUP 1.
