That this House congratulates Leicester Tigers Rugby Union Club on winning the Allied Dunbar Premiership title; particularly thanks the players, coach Dean Richards and his team, Chief Executive Peter Wheeler and his staff, for once again confirming Leicestershire as the premier sporting county along with cricket county champions Leicestershire, and Worthington Cup finalists Leicester City F.C.: but calls on rugby administrators to think again about next year's Premiership competition running during the World Cup.
