PREVENTION OF SALES TO CHILDREN

Early day motion 701, tabled 8 June 1999 by Nigel Evans (Conservative). Signed by 14 members.

That this House notes the many recent measures taken by the National Lottery operator to combat sales of National Lottery tickets to under 16s, culminating in the launch of Project Child; further notes that the operator is one of the sponsors of the CitizenCard scheme; and therefore welcomes the efforts made to prevent under-age sales.
