ABOLITION OF HUNTING

Early day motion 54, tabled 2 June 1997 by Angela Smith. Signed by 213 members.

That this House, noting that the case against hunting with hounds has been proven on scientific, ecological and moral grounds, believes that there can be no justification for the continuation of this sport; and therefore calls for the immediate outlawing of hunting wild animals with hounds.
