MILLENNIUM EXHIBITION SPORTS STADIUM

That this House believes the Millennium Exhibition should contain a world class sports stadium capable of hosting national and international events; and that this would provide a lasting facility to be used and enjoyed by future generations in the next century and would enhance Britain's prospects of hosting the Olympic Games.
