That this House notes the exhibition in the Upper Waiting Hall in the week commencing 24th November 1997; welcomes the partnership between Dartford and Gravesham borough councils, Kent County Council, the University of Greenwich and Whitecliff Properties; and believes that their work together on economic regeneration, new job opportunities, environmental improvement, sustainable development, transport, education and housing is a blueprint for the nation.
