That this House congratulates the Mansfield Traquair Trust in Edinburgh on the final sussess of its long campaign to acquire the former Mansfield Place Church so that it can save and restore the magnificent wall paintings by Phoebe Traquair; and urges the Scottish Office, the city council and chritable artistic and commercial bodies to ensure that enough is contributed to supplement the Lottery grant to provide Edinburgh people and visitors with access to an artistic asset of the highest quality.
