VACCINATION OF CHILDREN (PARENTAL CHOICE) BILL

House of Commons, 19 July 2002.

Alan Haselhurst (Deputy Speaker, Saffron Walden)

Second Reading what day? No day named.

Andrew Dismore (Labour, Hendon)

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker. As hon. Members have moved Bills in the names of other Members who are not present without indicating whether they have the consent of those Members, which is the usual courtesy, can we assume that they are doing so without the Member's consent?

Alan Haselhurst (Deputy Speaker, Saffron Walden)

That is not an assumption on which the occupant of the Chair can comment.
